Before I started to drink my super reds everyday, I could not walk very far without being out of breath and feel like my heart would give out. I'm 74 and beginning to really enjoy life again. In November 2024, I was pre-diabetic with an HbA1c of 7.4. I joined LiveGood and started taking Super Reds and the multivitamin every morning and evening, one spoon in a mug. In winter, I was lax with exercise and diet — I ate white rice instead of brown rice, and I couldn't resist bread and juice. Wow, those amazing Super Reds! A few years ago, the left side of my face, arm, and leg went numb, and I was scared and worried about my heart. I was born with a heart murmur and a small hole. My father died at 57 due to Diabetes and my mother died at 79 due to cardiac arrest. My Father-in-law died at 55, and my mother-in-law died at 82 due to Cardiac arrest.
We were 14 in the family, 8 boys and 6 girls. Praise the Lord 🙏 I will be 65 this coming November by God's grace but sad because I am the only one left among the boys. My 7 brothers died due to Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Cancer.

Fifteen years ago, my blood pressure was very high. My doctor was surprised, since my diet is balanced and low in sodium, I'm not overweight, and I've always exercised — so I was put on medication with the warning that I'd have to take it for the rest of my life. I'm 62 and like so many American's, am overweight/don't eat right/exercise as I should. Blood draw 6 months ago showed I was "prediabetic" with A1C one 'tick' above the range. My triglycerides and LDL were too high as well. I started with this product mostly because I know I need the circulatory support. Well, I had recent blood-draw and my A1C has dropped to 'within range', both the other markers were down as well. My sister asked what I'm doing different and at first I couldn't think of anything...then it hit me, I'm doing Super Reds. I know this is obviously anacdotal and I have no scientific proof this is why things are better, but I'll sure take it as a strong indication and don't plan to stop this product!

Super Reds is one the main product I use in my daily regimen. My mom died with heart disease at 68. I've had COPD for 7 years now and ALWAYS on oxygen. My last 2 blood pressure checks ran 160 over 95 . Doctor said "Not good" . Organic Super Reds are one of the products that I use and am very happy with my results.
I usually dissolve the powder in warm water and stir. The taste of the drink is very pleasant and I drink it with pleasure. Before LiveGood, I was suffering neuropathy issues due to lack of proper blood flow issues. I've had tingling issues in my fingers and in my foot which prevented me from walking. Due to mobility & medical issues, I've lived life from bed for the better part of 12+ years. Almost 6 years ago, I had a stress heart attack but knew that my circulation played a big part in that.
